3.1 Client charges

Clients pay the amount displayed at checkout, including the service price, applicable taxes, separately disclosed payment or currency-conversion charges and cancellation terms. Consulty may use payment providers to collect, hold, route, transfer, refund or settle funds.

3.2 Available gateways and platform fees

Checkout offers only gateways activated by the professional. Platform Stripe Billing does not connect a Consultant’s own Stripe account. Tap is not currently offered in the interface; the following Tap terms apply only to transactions actually processed through it. The Platform’s default transaction commission is 0%. A 15% commission applies only when the Client chooses Tap and is calculated on the gross service amount before the Consultant’s net payout. Stripe Direct, AurasPay and other direct channels settle to the Consultant’s own account or wallet under the provider’s terms; Consulty charges no transaction commission on those channels, although provider fees and conditions still apply.

3.3 Provider and banking fees

Banks, card networks, foreign-exchange providers and payment partners may charge processing, payout, conversion, dispute, refund, cross-border or instant-payout fees. Responsibility is shown in the applicable commercial plan or checkout, and disclosed third-party costs may be passed through.

3.4 App and integration fees

Optional apps and integrations may be subject to a separate commercial plan disclosed by the platform before activation. Such fees are not a deposit, stored value or guarantee of approval by an external provider.

3.5 Settlement and payout

For direct payments, the provider determines settlement to the Consultant’s account or wallet under its verification, risk and payout rules. Service-delivery approval inside Consulty is not confirmation of a bank payout. Release rules for any platform-managed channel are disclosed when that channel is used.

3.6 Reserves, holds and negative balances

Consulty or its provider may establish reserves, delay payout, offset amounts or require security where reasonably necessary for refunds, disputes, fraud, regulatory risk or negative balances. Amounts owed may be recovered from future payouts or authorised payment methods where lawful.

3.7 Currency and failed payments

Providers or banks set conversion rates and fees when payment and settlement currencies differ; Consulty does not guarantee exchange rates. A booking is not fully paid until funds are successfully captured and not reversed, and may be cancelled or paused for failed, unauthorised, fraudulent or charged-back payments.

3.8 Invoices and records

Consulty shows booking records, payment status and locally available details. An activity statement is not a tax invoice or bank payout confirmation. Provider receipts, official invoices, payouts and refunds are managed in the provider account; the service invoice may need to be issued by the Consultant. Consulty may issue marketplace or fee invoices and facilitate Consultant invoices. Consultants remain responsible for legal and tax accuracy of underlying service invoices unless Consulty expressly acts as merchant of record under a separate written arrangement.
